A few more questions today...

I heard you ask someone if the goal they were using to motivate them was adding more stress or not. The persons answer for them was it wasn’t. I feel like my goal is stressing me slightly. Like what if it comes and I haven’t reached the goal I’ve been wanting? How can I reframe this so it’s not stressful. My goal was to lose my weight by my bday. Maybe I should get coached:)
